The Challenge
WWF Kenya issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for replacement batteries for a mission-critical, solar-powered conservation fence. They required a specialist partner who could not only supply the components but also guarantee their technical specifications and reliability for a remote environment.
The Engineering Solution
Linden Hof won the competitive bid by providing a technically compliant proposal. We acted as an engineering-led procurement partner, sourcing and verifying the specified 12v 100Ah Gel batteries to ensure long-life and reliability for the critical asset.

The Challenge
The client was procuring a large-scale solar + BESS system. They needed expert, independent technical validation to perform due diligence on the implementing EPC's design and financial projections.
The Engineering Solution
Linden Hof was retained as the Owner's Engineer (Client's Consultant). We acted as the client's internal technical team, analyzing the EPC's proposals for technical bankability, hardware suitability, and adherence to SolarPower Europe Guidelines.
