Linden Hof is an independent technical advisory practice in Nairobi. It began as a boutique EPC, designing and installing solar-plus-storage systems for commercial clients in Kenya, and moved into reviewing projects at utility scale. Having sat on both sides of the contract, we know where designs, contracts and models drift apart.
Independent
We are paid only by the client we advise, never by equipment suppliers or contractors on the same project. Any relationship that could affect our view is disclosed before we start.
Quantified
Every finding carries its physical effect, its cost and its effect on the debt. Every number shows its working.
Principal-led
The person you speak to is the person who does the review. No hand-off to a junior team.
Clear about scope
Reports say what was reviewed, at which revision, and what was not. Specialist studies are run by specialist partners, and we say so.

Specialists where the work needs them
For load-flow, short-circuit, transient and protection studies, and for civil and structural design, we work with specialist partners and registered engineers. We scope each study, check its inputs and review its results against the grid code.
